摘要
针对制钵浆液粘度低和吸附时间等参数不确定问题,以不同预处理玉米秸秆为原料提出负压吸附工艺制备育苗钵方法。探究四种预处理原料表观粘度与制钵可行性。结果表明,纯玉米秸秆浆液表观粘度最低,加入猪粪可提高原玉米秸秆浆液粘度;碱处理玉米秸秆浆液粘度最高,混入纯秸秆可降低浆液粘度,提高浆液均匀性;纯玉米秸秆浆液和混入猪粪玉米秸秆浆液可使育苗钵湿坯均匀度达80%,成型率100%,但无法脱模;碱处理秸秆浆液及混入纯秸秆后秸秆浆液均可成型,TS 1%~4%,吸附时间5~45 s,TS增大,吸附时间减小。该研究为制钵浆液制备、参数确定奠定理论基础。
Aiming at the uncertainty of parameters, such as low viscosity and adsorption time of slurry, different pertreatments of corn straw were used as materials to prepare the wet blanks with negative pressure adsorption process and to explore the apparent viscosity of four types of pretreatment materials and the feasibility of preparing seedling bowl. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of pure corn straw slurry was the lowest, while adding pig manure could increase the apparent viscosity of the original corn stalk slurry, the viscosity of alkali treatment straw was the highest,mixed it with pure straw could reduce the slurry viscosity and improve the slurry uniformity. The pure straw slurry and the slurry mixed with the pig manure could make the uniformity of the wet blank of the seeding bowl up to 80%, the molding rate of 100%, but it could't be stripped; the straw slurry with alkali treatment and the slurry mixed with straw pure could cause the corn stalk to be formed, TS should be between 1% and 4%, suction time was maintained at 5-45 s, with TS increases, adsorption time was reduced. This paper laid a theoretical foundation for slurry preparation and parameter determination.
