摘要
从广东省佛山市2个水产养殖场患病罗非鱼中分离到2株细菌,分别编号为T4SH和G6C,经形态学、培养特性观察、生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析证实为无乳链球菌。2株分离菌株均为革兰阳性菌,呈β溶血;16S rDNA基因序列与无乳链球菌同源性达99%以上。2株菌均对青霉素类、头孢类、林可胺类、大环内酯类、四环素类、氯霉素类抗生素敏感,对氨基糖苷类不敏感;而对磺胺类、喹诺酮类的敏感性存在差异。
Two dominant bacterial strains,designated as T4 SH and G6 C,were isolated from the diseased Nile tilapia cultured in two different aquaculture farms of Foshan city,Guangdong Province. They were identified to be Streptococcus agalactiae based on the morphology observation,16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis and biochemical tests. The two strains were gram-positive and β-hemolytic. The two tested strains shared the same biochemical characteristics,and the similarities of their 16 S rRNA gene sequences were above 99% with those of S.agalactiae published in NCBI. Antibiotic sensitivity showed that the two strains were sensitive to penicillins,cephalosporins,forest amines,macrocyclic lipids,tetracyclines,chloramphenicol,and aminoglycosides,and resist to aminoglycosides. However,there were differences in sensitivity for sulfonamides and quinolones. Based on these results obtained,it is concluded that S. agalactiae may be the major pathogen causing the disease in tilapia in the two aquaculture farms.
