摘要
采用聚酰胺和改性芳香胺复配固化剂制备了自增韧型环氧锚固胶,通过适用期和力学性能测试研究了固化剂、气相白炭黑、水泥、超细石英粉及偶联剂用量对锚固胶性能的影响。结果表明,当m(环氧树脂)∶m(改性芳香胺固化剂)∶m(聚酰胺固化剂)∶m(气相白炭黑)∶m(紫外线吸收剂)∶m(KH-550)∶m(水泥)∶m(超细石英粉)=100∶30∶20∶2∶0.5∶5∶125∶125时,制备的自增韧型环氧锚固胶的综合性能最好。适用期为50 min、劈裂拉伸强度为14 MPa、弯曲强度为57 MPa,呈非碎裂破坏形式,压缩强度为84 MPa,粘接剪切强度为15 MPa,带肋钢筋拉拔强度为20 MPa,完全满足锚固胶的性能要求。
The self-toughening epoxy anchor adhesive was prepared using polyamide and modified aromatic amine as complex curing agent. The effects of the dosages of curing agent,fumed silica,cement,ultrafine quartz powder and coupling agent on the properties of the anchor adhesive were investigated by the testings of pot life and mechanical properties. The results showed that the epoxy anchor adhesive had the best comprehensive properties when the mass ratio of the epoxy resin,modified aromatic amine,polyamide,fumed silica,ultraviolet light absorber,coupling agents,cement and ultrafine quartz powder was 100 ∶ 30 ∶ 20 ∶ 2 ∶ 0.5 ∶ 5 ∶ 125 ∶ 125. The pot life was 50 min. The splitting tensile strength and flexural strength was 14 MPa and 57 MPa,respectively and the sample had nonbrittle fracture. The compression strength,bonding shear strength and anti-drawing strength of the ribbed bar was 84 MPa,15 MPa and20 MPa,respectively. The prepared adhesive met the property requirements of the anchor adhesive.
