摘要
针对海岛微电网系统中分布式电源(DG)设备普遍存在的供电波动性、随机性、难预测性等问题,采用实时调控岛上储能单元的充放电状态以及海水淡化系统的工作台时与工作台数,从而实现微电网系统对DG多余发电量的吸纳以及缺失负荷的填补;同时,通过决策柴油发电机系统(DGS)的开关时刻及时长,在减少对柴油消耗的情况下保证了岛上用户的最低用电和用水需求。仿真表明,该方法可以满足离网状态下用户的用电需求并减少储能单元的充放电切换,降低了储能单元的维护成本并延长了其使用寿命;同时该决策系统可以维持淡水储备的稳定。
Aiming at the power supply turbulence, randomness, unpredictability and other problems which are ubiquitous in the distributed generators (DG) of island microgrid system, this paper proposes a fuzzy decision method to address the power mismatching problem by real-time sampling the working information of the desalination system; Simultaneously, by controlling the switching moment and working length of the diesel generator system (DGS), the proposed method guarantees not only the daily electricity and water demands of the residents, but also the utmost consumption reductions of the diesel oil on the island. A series of simulations show that this method can meet the residents' demands under serious power supply unbalance conditions, and reduce the charge and discharge conversion actions of the storage units (SU), which reduces the maintenance costs of the storage unit and prolong its service life. Additionally, this decision strategy can remain the stability of the fresh water supply on the island. These results all verifies the effectiveness and practice of the method to the arrangement and optimization scheduling of the island microgrid.
