摘要
为科学评价我国各省份绿色食品认证的发展情况,从绿色食品全产业链角度选取8项指标,基于因子分析方法进行公因子提取,对比分析了各省份在3类因子上的得分差异;运用指数和法计算了各省份绿色食品认证发展指数。结果表明:(1)全国31个省份处于优、良、中和差4个水平的个数及占比分别为3(9.68%)、7(22.58%)、10(32.26%)和11(35.48%),绿色食品认证工作区域发展水平存在较大差异;(2)黑龙江、江苏和山东3省推进效果最好,贵州、海南和西藏推进效果最不显著;(3)各省份在不同因子上的得分存在明显差异,得分较低的因子是相应省份未来推进的重点。研究结果可为我国未来绿色食品认证工作的进一步推进提供理论参考。
In order to give a scientific evaluation of the development of green food certification in the provinces in China, eight indexes are selected from the perspective of the whole industry chain. Then the common factors are extracted by the factor analysis method, and the differences of each province on the three common factors are analyzed. The development index of each province's green food certification is calculated using the exponential sum method. The results show that: (1) In the 31 provinces studies in China, the number and percentage of the green food certification with the excellent, good, medium, poorlevel respectively are 3 (9.68%), 7 (22.58%), 10 (32.26%) and 11 (35.48%). As a whole, the development level of green food certification in different province is significantly unbalanced. (2) Heilongjiang, Jiangsu and Shandong are the top three provinces of the development level, while Guizhou, Hainan and Tibet are the last three provinces. (3) The scores of each province on different factor are significantly different. The lower score factor should be focused in the future promoting work. The results can provide theoretical references for the future promoting work of the green food certification in China.
