摘要
[目的]探讨浙江古代针灸医家临床学术思想及其特点。[方法]分析清代以前浙江针灸医家的著作及学术观点,从灸法、刺法、针灸药三者兼用、刺血四个方面进行分析,总结浙江古代针灸医家的临床学术思想及其特点。[结果]浙江古代针灸医家学术思想源远流长,在前人的基础上得以发展成熟,以宋明时期为发展的高峰。在临床治疗上,针刺注重手法的运用、灸治急重病症范围广泛、针药合用各具特色、刺穴放血影响深远。[结论]浙江古代针灸医家学术思想在整个针灸学术发展史上有着深远的影响。深入研究浙江针灸医家的学术思想,分析总结其发展轨迹,将为针灸学术的传承与发展,产生适合当前临床诊疗特点的针灸治疗体系提供一个新思路。
[Objective] To explore the academic thought of ancient acupuncturists in Zhejiang and its characteristics. [Method] This paper analyzes the writings and academic opinions of Zhejiang acupuncturists before the Qing Dynasty on the four aspects of moxibustion, acupuncture manipulation, combined use of acupuncture and medication as well as blood prickling. This paper summarizes the clinical academic characteristics of ancient acupuncturists in Zhejiang in this way. [Result] The academic thought of Zhejiang acupuncturists grew mature on the basis of their predecessors, and reached a peak during the Song and Ming Dynasties. During the clinical treatment, acupuncture focuses on the practice technique, while moxibustion has a wide application range in the treatment of urgent and heavy cases. The combined use of acupuncture and medication shows its particular features, and the blood pricking therapy reveals a profound significance. [Conclusion] The academic thought of ancient acupuncturists in Zhejiang has a long history, and in the time since the Song and Ming Dynasties, the Zhejiang acupuncture academy has been involved in meridians and collaterals, acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc. The academic ideas of acupuncturists have been gradually perfected and innovative, playing a key role in the development of the science of acupuncture and moxibustion and having a far-reaching impact on the entire development history of acupuncture academy.
