摘要
目的阐明移动学习模式在小儿外科临床学习模式中的优势和特点,探讨其在教育中的应用形式和基本功能。方法选取我院2013级本科生作为实验对象,其中对照组42例,女生32例,男生10例;实验组48例,女生38例,男生10例。由同一教师授课,实验组采用微信和QQ进行教学;对照组采用传统教学方式。实验结束后采用测试题与问卷方式,对比两组的教学效果。结果课堂小测验成绩,实验组(87.7±5.2)分,对照组(82.1±4.9)分,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。对照组优良率为83.3%;实验组优良率为95.8%,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论移动教学应用于小儿外科教学有可行性及有效性。
Objective This study is to clarify the advantages and characteristics of the mobile learning model in the pediatric surgery teaching,and to explore its application form and basic functions in education.Methods The grade 2013 postgraduate students were divided into two groups.There were 42 in control group in total,32 female and 10 male,there were 48 in the experiment group,38 were female and 10 were male.They were taught by the same teacher.For the experiment group,we use the QQ and Wechat software.For the control group,the traditional method were used.All the data was collected by the test and questionnaire.ResultsThe test scores of the test scores in the class were(87.7±5.2),control group was(82.1±4.9),P〈0.01,there was statistically significant difference.The students' evaluation of teaching achievements rate was 83.3%;Experimental group excellent rate of 95.8%,P〈0.01,there was statistically significant difference.Conclusion This study adopts the experimental method to simulate and verify the various links involved in the teaching,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of mobile teaching in pediatric surgical teaching.
