摘要
目的探究通过中药与西药联合对于阑尾周围脓肿治疗的效果。方法随机选择我院2013年1月—2016年12月前来就诊的阑尾周围脓肿患者40例,按照患者用药治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各20例,其中对照组患者进行阑尾周围脓肿的西药保守治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上配合自拟中药方剂服用,治疗一周后,对比两组患者治疗效果以及各自阑尾脓肿消退时间,腹痛消除时间以及住院天数等。结果观察组患者的疗效,阑尾脓肿消退时间,腹痛消失时间,退烧时间以及住院天数均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过使用自拟中药方剂联合西药的方式来治疗阑尾周围脓肿可以显著地缩短治疗周期并起到良好效果,极大增进患者临床病症改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of appendiceal abscess.Methods From January 2013 to December 2016,40 cases of appendiceal abscess in our hospital were selected randomly,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,according to the different treatment methods of the patients,each with 20 cases,control group were treated with western medicine for the treatment of appendiceal abscess,observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group,after a week of treatment,the time of each appendiceal abscess,time of abdominal pain relief,the length of hospital stay,therapeutic effects of two groups and were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group,reduction time of appendiceal abscess,abdominal pain disappearance time,time of fever and the number of days in hospital were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of appendiceal abscess with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly shorten the treatment cycle and achieve good results,which greatly improves the clinical symptoms of the patients.
