摘要
目的分析健康教育对女精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的作用效果。方法选取我院收治的45例精神分裂症合并糖尿病的女性患者,均给予健康教育,分析护理效果。结果干预前知识知晓率为60%,干预后糖尿病知识知晓率97.78%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;干预后,所有患者的健康知识水平、血糖控制水平与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论健康教育对合并糖尿病的女性精神分裂症患者可提高健康知识水平,对血糖控制起积极作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education on female schizophrenics with diabetes mellitus.Methods 45 female patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were given health education and analyzed the effect of nursing.ResultsThe awareness rate of knowledge before intervention was 60%,and the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge after intervention was 97.78%,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;After the intervention,the health knowledge level and blood glucose control level of all patients weresignificantly different from those before intervention,P〈0.05.Conclusion Health education can improve health knowledge of female schizophrenics with diabetes mellitus,and play an active role in blood sugar control.
