摘要
扁桃体（腭扁桃体）位于呼吸道和消化道的共同通道上，扁桃体是一个二级过渡性质的淋巴器官，在人体的成长中，尤其是局部免疫中扮演着特殊作用，然而病灶性扁桃体可行手术切除，而作为特殊过渡期的免疫器官扁桃体被手术切除后对人免疫功能的影响如何，本文对此做一综述。
Tonsil （palatine tonsil）, a grade two transitional lymphoid organs, is the common channel in respiratory and digestive tract, especially plays a special role in the local immunity in the human body growth, but the operation of tonsil, which is special transition period of the immune organs, the paper review it how to affect of immune function of later generations.
