摘要
为消除突出工作面钻进施工安全隐患,提高煤矿钻探装备自动化程度,减少井下工作人数,采用ZYWL-4000SY型双履带式自动控制钻机在淮南谢桥煤矿施工瓦斯抽放孔。根据试验矿井的地质条件与巷道瓦斯赋存情况,选择了钻具及排渣方式。试验过程中,分别对钻机的综合台效、自动换杆系统、自动钻进系统、控制系统等进行了考察。试验结果表明,遥控自动钻机各项功能均能满足现场需求,为煤矿的安全高效生产提供了可靠的装备支持。
To eliminate hidden dangers during drilling process on outburst workface, improve the automation of colliery drilling equipment and reduce workers working underground, the ZYWL-4000SY remote automatic drilling rig is used in Xieqiao Colliery of Huainan to drilling gas extracting holes. According to the geological conditions of Xieqiao Colliery and the gas occurrence condition of the tunnel,the drilling tools and the slagging method are selected. During the testing process,the comprehensiv efficiency ,the automatic pipe-changing system, the auto drilling system and the control system are all tested. The testing results show that the automatic functions of the remote automatic drilling rig can satisfy the working demands and provide reliable equipment support for the safe and efficient production of the collieries.
