摘要
针对制造误差对钻机调斜机构输出轨迹的影响显著,且缺乏公差设计依据的情况,通过机构分析、误差构成分析获得了输出误差的组合形式,通过全微分理论得到了输出角误差的表达式,并以输出角对输入角和各杆件长度取偏导数,得到各因素对输出角影响程度的方程及曲线。分析方程和曲线可为各杆件长度公差和输入运动精度提供理论依据。
Manufacture errors have great impact on the output tract of the angle adjusting mechanism of the drilling fig,and there is not enough theoretical support for the tolerance design. Against this situation, the formation of the output error is formed by the mechanism analysis and error components analysis. After the output angle equation is achieved based on the complete differential theory,the partial derivatives of the output angle to the lengths of the sticks are figured out and the equations and the curves how factors affect the output angle. The theoretical supports to design the tolerances of the sticks and the input accuracy can be provided by analyzing the equations and the curves.
