基于循环平稳理论的滚动轴承故障研究

摘要 循环平稳信号是非平稳信号中统计特征平稳的特殊信号,随着循环平稳理论的不断深入,它在旋转机械健康监测与故障诊断方面应用越来越广泛,在阐述基本理论的基础上,分析了各种循环平稳算法的特点及其在滚动轴承故障特征提取的应用。最后指出循环平稳理论在今后故障诊断领域应用的发展方向。 The cyclostationary signal is a special signal with a stable statistical feature in the nonstationary signal. With the deepening of the theory of cyclic smoothing, The health monitoring and fault diagnosis in rotating machinery is becoming more and more widely applied. On the basis of the the cyclostationary theory, and analyzes the characteristics of various recursive smoothing algorithms and its application in fault bearing feature extraction of rolling element bearing. Finally, it is pointed out the development direction of the application of cyclic smoothing theory in future fault diagnosis.
