摘要
针对某车型前副车架发动机前悬置支架疲劳台架试验开裂问题,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件和n Code Design Life疲劳分析软件计算结构强度及疲劳寿命,根据仿真分析结果,采用优化焊缝布置和调整焊接电流等工艺参数的方法来降低应力集中,新结构经多批次台架试验验证,满足相关试验标准要求。表明通过合理布置焊缝及优化焊接参数可以有效地改善结构的抗疲劳性能,对汽车零部件研发及CAE分析工作具有借鉴意义。
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of engine mounting bracket cracking in the fatigue test, strength and fatigue life prediction of a new type front subframe engine mounting bracket is analyzed using finite element analysis software ABAQUS and fatigue analyzing software nCode DesignLife. According to the analysis of simulation results, stress concentration is reduced by optimizing welding arrangement and adjusting welding current and other process parameters, new structure meets the requirements of relevant standards on the basis of rig bench tests. It shows that the anti-fatigue performance of the structure can be effectively improved by reasonable arrangement of weld and optimizing the structure of welding parameters, and there is reference significance for the research and development of automotive components and CAE analysis.
