摘要
气体分馏是精馏原理在炼油厂里应用最广泛的装置之一,在生产过程会遇到很多异常现象。本文从气体分馏装置技术特点出发,针对某石化100×10~4t/a气体分馏装置脱乙烷塔生产过程中出现的问题,运用LIMS数据和道尔顿分压定律从工艺状态变化的角度进行分析,并提出有效的解决办法,提高分离效率。
Gas fractionation is distillation principle in one of the most widely used device in refinery,in the production process will encounter a lot of abnormal phenomenon.This article embarks from the gas fractionation equipment technical characteristics.Aiming at the petrochemical 1 million tons/year appeared in the process of gas fractionation unit deethanizer production problems,using the LIMS data and partial pressure of Dalton’s law is analyzed from the angle of process state changes, and effective solutions were put forward to improve the separation efficiency.
