摘要
针对我国公立医院后勤管理评价存在的评价体系不健全、评价指标不合理等3方面的问题,运用专家访谈法从组织、管理、技术方面确定了一套包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、23个三级指标的公立医院后勤管理评价体系并运用AHP对评价指标体系的权重进行了定量分析.
There are several problems in the evaluation systems of service management in public hospitals: evaluation systems are not integrated and the evaluation indicators update are not reasonable, etc. For these problems, the evaluation indicators are selected and the weight is determined through expert interview and analytic hierarchy process. Then an evaluation system is built, which includes three one class index, nine two class index and twenty-three three class index.
