Analysis of the differences of ATA guidelines for hypothyroidism during pregnancy in 2011 and 2017

摘要 2017年1月美国甲状腺学会(ATA)发布了《妊娠期和产后甲状腺疾病的诊断和管理指南》。通过对2011年和2017年ATA发布的指南中有关妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症推荐内容进行比较,发现:(1)2017年的指南增加了近43%的参考文献。(2)2017年指南对妊娠甲状腺功能减退症的诊断、治疗、监测进行了更新。分析两指南差异用以纵观妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症诊治领域有关研究的发展趋势,为临床医务工作者和研究者提供参考。 The American Thyroid Association（ ATA） published the ＂thyroid disease during pregnancy and postpartum diagnosis and management guidelines＂in January 2017. Through comparing 2011 and 2017 guidelines on hypothyroidism during pregnancy,we found that：（1） the guidelines of 2017 increased almost 43% references.（2） the diagnosis,treatment and monitor of hypothyroidism during pregnancy has been updated in guidelines of 2017. This article analyzed the differences of the two guidelines and showed the trend of the development related field of hypothyroidism during pregnancy in order to provide clinical reference for doctors and researchers.
