摘要
【目的】探索分离自新疆南疆地区奶牛场乳房炎发病乳样中的表皮葡萄球菌抗生素耐药性与其生物膜形成能力间的相关性。【方法】本试验采用分子生物学方法对阳性乳样中表皮葡萄球菌进行鉴定,微量板半定量法检测表皮葡萄球菌的生物膜形成能力,二倍稀释法检测分离的表皮葡萄球菌对常规兽用抗生素(青霉素、链霉素和土霉素)的敏感性。卡平方(χ2)分析表皮葡萄球菌耐药性与生物膜形成能力之间的相关性。【结果】分离获得表皮葡萄球菌56株,其中生物膜形成阳性菌株28株。分离的56株表皮葡萄球菌均对链霉素耐药;25株对青霉素耐药,其中生物膜形成阳性菌株17株,占68%;21株对土霉素耐药,其中生物膜形成阳性菌株16株,占76%;经统计学分析,生物膜形成阳性菌株与阴性菌株对青霉素及土霉素的耐药率具有极显著差异(p<0.01)。【结论】奶牛乳房炎性表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成阳性菌株对常规兽用抗生素具有较强的耐药性,生物膜形成能力是表皮葡萄球菌耐药的重要原因。
[ Aims]To analyze the correlation between the ability of biofilm formation and drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from the southern Xinjiang. [ Methods] In this study, molecular biological methods were used to identify Staphylococcus epidermidis from subclinical mastitis cow milk samples. The biofilm formation using a microtiter plate was carried out to screen biofilm -positive strains. Meanwhile, antimicrobial susceptibility was tested using doubling dilution. The correlation of antibiotic resistance and biofilm formation was analyzed by X^2 test. [ Results] The results showed that 56 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were isola- ted, 28 of which were biofilm- positive strains. Of total 56 strains, 25 isolates were resistant to penicillin, of which 17 strains were biofilm - positive, accounting for 68%. And 21 strains were resistant to oxyteracycline, of which 16 strains were biofilm - positive, ac- counting for 76%. All of 56 isolates were resistant to streptomycin. [ Conclusion] Biofilm - posfitive S. epidermidis strains are resist- ant to conventional antimicrobial agents used to treat dairy cow mastitis. Morevoer, the abiligy of biofilm formation by S. epidermidis is an important factor attributed to bacterial drug - resistance.
