摘要
既有建构筑物的结构加固方法很多,但需针对待加固的建构筑物结构的损伤特点等选用,甚至还需进行相应的改进或给出新的加固方法。本文结合一个实际混凝土框剪结构加固改造工程,首先根据其鉴定结果,考察和分析其结构损伤的现状、原因以及这种损伤对结构构件受力性能的影响,然后综合相关的各种情况给出适宜的加固处理方式。可为更好地进行相关既有建构筑物的结构加固提供参考。
There have been a large number of strengthening methods for existing building structures, but it is necessary to select a proper method from them and in some cases even the improve them or to give a new strengthening method based on analyzing the damage characteristics of the building structures that need to be strengthened. Through an actual concrete frame-shear wall structure renovation project, the structural damage situation, the reason of damage and the influence of the damage on the structural mechanical properties are examined and analyzed. Then an appropriate strengthening method is given according to the combined above-mentioned examining and analyzing results. The strengthening approaches given in this paper can serve as a reference to better strengthen similar existing buildings structures.
