摘要
[目的]采用超重力反应器连续法合成靛红酸酐,减少副反应,提高靛红酸酐的收率。[方法]开发了靛红酸酐连续化合成工艺,以邻苯二甲酰亚胺和次氯酸钠在超重力反应器中经氧化得到靛红酸酐,考察了超重力因子、反应温度、停留时间和连续进料配比等因素对产品收率的影响。[结果]超重力反应器连续法合成靛红酸酐收率可达93%以上,纯度大于99.5%。[结论]超重力反应器连续法较间歇法具有操作简单、反应时间短、换热效率高、产率高等优点,为工业化应用提供相关依据。
[Aims] The aims were to study a new continuous synthesis of isatoic anhydride in high-gravity reactor as the main oxidation reactor to reduce the side reaction and to improve the yield of isatoic anhydride. [Methods] A continuous synthesis process of isatoic anhydride was developed, which was oxidized by phthalimide and sodium hypochlorite in the high-gravity reactor to give isatoic anhydride, the effects of high-gravity factor, reaction temperature, residence time and material ratio on the yield of product was investigated. [Results] The yield of isatoic anhydride can reach 93%, the purity was above 99.5%. [Conclusions] Compared with the batch reaction, the high-gravity reactor continuous method has the advantages of simple operation, short reaction time, high heat exchange efficiency and high yield, which provides a relevant basis for the industrial production.
