摘要
[目的]为有效防治草坪仙环病,采用4种农药对海滨雀稗草坪的仙环病病原菌进行室内毒力测定及田间防效试验。[方法]采用生长速率法对海滨雀稗草坪仙环病菌进行4种农药的室内毒力测定。[结果]多抗霉素的抑菌效果最好,其EC_(50)和EC_(90)值分别为128.42、1503.29 mg/L,毒力高于常规农药甲基硫菌灵,毒力最差的为嘧菌酯;最后1次施药15 d后,多抗霉素防效达90.02%。[结论]多抗霉素在控制仙环病上具有较长的持效期,值得推广。
[Aims] Fairy Ring disease is a common disease of turf grass, to prevent and cure the disease effectively, this paper uses agricultural anti 120AS, pathogenic bacteria ring Amie West, polyoxin and thiophanate methyl four different pesticides on the seashore paspalum lawn Xi'an indoor toxicity and field control test. [Methods] This paper uses growth rate method to determinate the toxicity of four biological pesticides on the seashore paspalum turf fairy ring disease in laboratory. [Results] The antibacterial effect ofpolyoxin was best in the pesticide, its EC50 and EC90 values were 128.42 and 1503.29mg/L, whose toxicity was higher than that of conventional pesticide thiophonate-methyl, and the worst virulence was azoxystrobin. After the last dose of 15 d, polyoxin control efficiency reached 90.02%. [Conclusions] Polyoxin has a longer duration of efficacy in the control of fairy ring and is worth popularizing.
