摘要
以离子交换辅助共沉淀法合成单斜晶系MgAl_2(OH)_8类水滑石结构材料,以此为基体按一定比例掺杂聚磷酸铵获得水滑石/聚磷酸铵复合阻燃材料。采用XRD、SEM、TGDTG等方法进行了材料物性表征,并通过阻燃性能分析考察了各组分在材料阻燃过程中发挥的作用。阻燃性能测试结果显示,水溶性聚磷酸铵的掺杂在一定程度上提高了氧指数指标;非水溶性聚磷酸铵的加入,以及离子交换辅助合成的小粒径水滑石基体能够在一定程度上减少续燃时间,有利于减少无氧燃烧时可燃气体的生成和有毒气体的排放。
Themonoclinic MgA12(OH)8 hydrotalcite like structure material was synthesized by ion exchange assisted co-precipitation, based on which a composite flame retardant containing ammonium polyphosphate (APP) doped hydrotalcite materials was prepared. XRD, SEM and TG-DTG techniques were employed to character ize the key properties. By analyzing the flame retardancy perfor- mance, the effect of each component was investigated. Flame retar- dant performance results showed that, the oxygen index was im- proved by soluble APP dopant; insoluble APP doping and smaller size LDHs particles shortened the combustion duration, which was vital to reduce the formation of combustible and toxic gas emission.
