摘要
在全国智慧城市建设进入实质进展期的大背景下,各地纷纷开始建设自己的城市智慧"大脑",即运行监测中心。由于工程涉及问题复杂等原因,建设过程面临许多实际困难。从工程实践的角度,论文提出了3种技术框架模型——独立模型、分行模型和层次模型,分析了它们的适宜应用环境;总结分类了城市大数据类型,数据范围主要包括4大基础数据和N个行业主题数据,提出了城市大数据监测体征,规划了城市大数据仪表盘和领导驾驶舱的显示内容,包括实时监测数据、城市运行事件数据和城市运行体征指标数据等内容;从实际建设出发,提出了智慧城市运行监测中心硬件/软件系统的主要建设内容。最后,对智慧城市运行监测中心和智慧城市建设的经验和体会进行了总结,提出了"一城一策"建设城市运行监测中心和智慧城市的主要途径,并对下一步研究工作进行了展望。
Under the background of the construction of Smart City in China going into the real progress, many places have begun to build their own city "brain" all over the country, that is, operation monitoring centers. Because of the complexity involved in the project, the construction process is faced with many practical problems. On the view of real engineering practice, the paper puts forward three kinds of technical framework model, independent model, branch model, and the hierarchical model, and analyzes their suitable application environment; The paper summarizes the classification of city big data type, the data include four basic data fields and N industry theme data fields, puts forward the monitoring features of city big data, plans the displaying contents of the city big data dashboard and the city leader cockpit, including real-time monitoring data, operation data, and city operating feature data; Starting from the actual construction, the paper puts forward the main construction content of smart city operation monitoring center's hardware / software system. Finally, the experience of the city operation monitoring center and smart city construction are summarized, and the paper puts forward that construction city operation monitoring center and smart city base file policy "one city one strategy", and the further research works are prospected.
