摘要
以近年来开发的挠曲柱面反射镜为研究对象,提出一种在玻璃平板两端施加对称集中力,从而改善面型、优化聚光效果的方法。首先分析利用集中力优化面型的可行性,然后具体建立优化后镜面的数学模型。最后用SolidWorks软件实体建模并通过光学分析软件TracePro模拟光路系统,同时搭建新型槽式集热器实验平台,以分析其聚光特性。模拟及实验结果表明,优化后的反射镜焦斑能流密度的分布更加理想。
Recently developed deflection trough concentrator was taken as the object of the research. Applying symmetrical concentrated force on both ends of the glass plate was proposed to improve the surface type and optimize condensing effect. Firstly the feasibility of optimizing the surface type using concentrated force was analyzed.Then specifically establish the mathematical model of optimized mirror. Finally make the entity modeling with SolidWorks software and simulate optical path system through optical analysis software Tracepro, at the same time build new parabolic trough concentrator experiment platform to analyze focusing characteristics. The simulation and experiment results show that energy flux density distribution of the optimized reflector is more ideal.
