摘要
教师的角色伦理是教育关系中重要的内容,也是教育的重要力量之一。教师作为一种特殊的社会角色,承载着社会的期待,但教师的角色除了在引导人们探索知识方面,还具有深刻的伦理意蕴。对教师的角色伦理的深度解读,有助于更好地认识教师的职业特性和最大限度地发挥出教师职业身份的教育效能。
The role ethics of teachers is one of the most important contents in educational relationship. Teachers as a special social role,carrying the expectations of society,but the role of teachers in addition to guide people to explore the knowledge,but also has a profound ethical implication. In depth interpretation of teachers＇ role ethics,it can contribute to a better understanding of teacher＇s occupation characteristics and maximize the effectiveness of teachers＇ occupation identity education.
