摘要
核电厂运行操纵员的人员绩效是个永恒的话题,也是我们在核电运行领域的管理人员不断挑战自我的主题,操纵员作为安全发电的可变主体,他们不同于普通的设备或构筑物,可以通过大量的技术数据作为衡量、判断其可靠性的依据,如何使操纵员人员行为的不确定性降到最小,就成为关键。文章通过实践应用的方法、分析和效果,讨论了有别于WANO(世界核电营运者协会)防人因工具的一些管理手段,弥补了防人因工具使用的单调性,有利于防人因工具的有效应用。
Operators' performance is an eternal topic in a nuclear power plant, and also a continuous self- challenging area for operation managers. As the variable principal part contributing to the safe power generation, operators are different from equipment or structures. Their reliability could not be measured or judged on account of massive technical data. Therefore, how to minimize the uncertainty of operators' behaviors has become the key point. Based on practical methods, analyses and results, this paper introduces some management measures, which could make up for the monotonous use of WANO human performance tools, so as to improve their effectiveness.
