摘要
为了更好地实现液压挖掘机动臂与转台复合动作时的能量回收,对比了不同回收方式下的能量回收系统方案。在AMESim软件中分别建立液压式、电力式以及电液协调式能量回收系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析综合比较,提出了一种基于蓄能器-液压马达-发电机的液压挖掘机电液协调式能量回收系统。研究结果表明:该系统的能量回收率达到了45.47%,能量再利用率达到了47.37%;能耗小,能量回收及再利用效率高,能更好地实现动臂与转台复合动作时的能量回收。
In order to better realize the energy recovery of the compound action of the boom and the turntable of the hydraulic excavator, we compare the energy recovery system under different recovery methods. In the software AMESim, the hydraulic, electric and electro-hydraulic coordinated energy recovery system simulation models are built respectively. Through simulation analysis and comprehensive comparison, a hydraulic excavator electro-hy- draulic coordinated energy recovery system based on accumulator-hydraulic motor-generator is presented. The re- sults show that the energy recovery rate of the system is 45.47% and the energy reuse rate reaches 47.37%. The system energy consumption is small, and the energy recovery and recycling efficiency is high. The system can better achieve the boom and turntable compound action when the energy recovery.
