摘要
试验旨在研究日粮不同维生素E(V_E)水平对广西三黄鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能及PPARs基因表达的影响。将256只80日龄广西三黄鸡随机设为4个组,每组设4个重复。分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100、150 mg/kg V_E,依次为对照组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,试验至120日龄结束,测定生长性能指标、抗氧化指标及PPARs基因表达水平。结果表明:(1)日粮添加50、100、150 mg/kgV_E显著提高鸡的平均日采食和平均日增重(P<0.05);日粮不同V_E水平对饲料转化比无显著性影响(P>0.05)。(2)在日粮中添加150 mg/kg V_E显著降低鸡血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),显著提高超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05);添加50 mg/kg V_E显著提高鸡血清中还原性谷胱甘肽活性(P<0.05);日粮添加不同水平的V_E对鸡血清中总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。(3)日粮添加150 mg/kg V_E显著提高鸡肝脏PPARγ基因表达量(P<0.05),但对PPARα和PPARβ基因表达量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上,日粮中添加高水平V_E有助于改善广西三黄鸡生长性能及抗氧化功能,上调肝脏中的PPARs基因表达量,从而可能调节机体内的脂肪代谢。
To investigate the effects of different levels of dietary Vitamin E on growth performance,antioxidant function and PPARs expression of Guangxi Sanhuang chicken, 256 80-day-age Guangxi Sanhuang chickens were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 4 replicates per group as the control group and experimental group Ⅰ (E50), Ⅱ(El00) and Ⅲ (El50), which were fed basal diet added with 0, 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg of VE respectively. The experiment wasended until the chicken aged 120 days, then the growth performance index, antioxidant index and PPARs expression were detected. The results showed that the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of the chicken were significantly increased in group E50, EIO0 and El50 (P〈O.05). There was no significant effect on feed conversion ratio with different levels of dietary VE (P〉0.05). The malondialdehyde conetnt in serum was significantly decreased in group El50 (P〈O.05), and superoxide dismutase activity was significantly increased (P〈O.05). The activity of reduced glutathione in serum was significantly increased in group E50 (P〈0.05); No significant effects on total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase activity in serum were observed in diet with different levels of VE (P〉0.05). The expression of PPART in liver of the chicken was significantly increased in group El50 (P〈0.05). There were no significant effects on the expression of PPARot and PPARB of the chicken with different levels of dietary V: (P〉0.05). In summary, it was sug- gested that a high level of VE in diet could improve the growth performance,antioxidant function and upregulate the ex- pression of PPARs in liver of Guangxi Sanhuang chicken, which could regulate the body's fat metabolism.
