摘要
铜元素是作物生长与发育必需的微量元素,但其又属难降解的重金属元素,可导致环境污染,研究铜元素在土壤中的分布对于汉江流域水源区的水环境保护具有重要意义。该研究运用网格法进行野外采样,在汉江中游余姐河小流域进行土壤样品采集,共计采样点205个,通过原子吸收分光光度计试验测定土壤0~60cm的铜元素含量。通过地统计学研究方法以及储量估算公式,对不同土层深度下的土壤有效铜含量进行空间变异和空间分布规律研究。结果表明:1.随土层深度的增加土壤有效铜含量呈现降低趋势,3个不同土层间土壤有效铜含量差异不显著(P>0.05),0~20cm(H1)、20~40cm(H2)和40~60cm(H3)土壤有效铜含量均值分别为1.69、1.27和0.97mg/kg。2.土壤有效铜拟合最优模型在三个土层下均为高斯模型,且具有强烈的空间相关性,空间插值分析结果表明研究区土壤有效铜空间分布呈现斑块分布格局。3.研究区不同土地利用下单位面积土壤有效铜的含量表现为草地>梯田>农地>林地,分别为0.306g/m^2、0.295g/m^2、0.320g/m^2和0.328g/m^2,研究区0~60cm土壤有效铜储量为130.97kg。
Field sampling was carried out based on a 30 m × 30 mgrid system,a total number of 205 sites were sampled in Yujiehe watershed of Hanjiang River.All the samples were collected in three soil layers at the depth of 0-60cm.Both traditional and geostatistical methods were applied to analyze soil available copper in different soil layers.The results indicated that the available copper content in the soil profile were decreased with the soil depths increased,and there were insignificant differences among the three soil layers(P〉0.05).The mean available copper contents in 0-20cm(H1),20-40cm(H2)and 40-60cm(H3)were 1.69,1.27 and 0.97mg/kg,respectively.The best fitted models in the three soil layers were all Gaussian models indicating strong spatial dependence.The Kriging interpolation showed that the spatial distribution of soil available copper content in different soil layers exhibited plaque distribution patterns.The soil copper storage was 130.97 kg in the study area at 0-60cm.The copper contents per square meter at the 0-60cm soil layer for grassland,terrace,cropland and forestland were 0.306g/m^2,0.295g/m^2,0.320g/m^2 and 0.328g/m^2,respectively.
