摘要
通过对大岗山水电站水导瓦温偏高处理方法的探讨,采用调整瓦隙和冷却系统改造等,有效地降低了瓦温,减小了不同轴瓦的温差,从而有效地降低了水轮机水导轴承瓦温过高引起的事故发生率,保证了机组安全稳定运行。
The abnormal high temperature problem found in the turbine guide bearing in Dagangshan Hydropower Station is discussed. The treatment measures are introduced, including the adjustment of the bearing clearance and the renova- tion of the cooling system. After the treatment, the bearing temperature and the temperature difference between different bearing pads are effectively reduced. Thus, the safe and stable operation of the unit is ensured.
