摘要
目的研究医用高值耗材精细化管理方法,为科学、规范医用高值耗材管理提供理论依据。方法通过实行全程监控专人管理,提高对各类耗材相关人员的管理意识,实行"零库存"管理。结果医院高值医用耗材的管理更加规范,提高了工作效率,既保证了医疗质量、也大大降低了医疗成本。结论精细化管理高值医用耗材是降低医院成本,改善医疗服务质量,促进医院持续科学发展的有效手段。
Objective To do fine management of high value medical supplies. Methods Through the implementation of the whole process monitoring, special personnel management, to raise awareness of various types of supplies related personnel management, the implementation of ＂zero inventory＂ management. Results The management of high value medical supplies in hospital was more standardized, which not only guaranteed the quality of medical treatment, but also greatly reduced the cost of medical treatment. Conclusion The fine management of high value medical supplies is an effective way to reduce hospital cost, improve medical service quality and promote sustained and scientific development of hospital.
