摘要
基于煤炭资源开发利用过程中水资源疏排与浪费的现状,提出以露天矿开采过程水资源的利用与保护为目的,以边坡稳定及安全生产为前提,以含水或导水断层防隔水煤岩柱的留设公式为依据,并采用假设法、反向验证法分析了水头压力、煤岩层厚度、煤岩层单轴抗拉强度对露天采场采空区充水、涌水的影响大小,从留设防隔水煤岩柱的角度对赋存水进行防治。研究结果表明,防隔水煤岩柱的留设尺寸主要受水头压力、煤岩层厚度及单轴抗拉强度影响,当防隔水煤岩柱留设宽度达到一定尺寸时,可以有效防止赋存水因压力过大而涌入采坑,造成露天矿充水,威胁露天矿的安全生产。提前留设合理的煤岩柱尺寸可以有效控制烧变岩赋存水对露天矿开采过程中边坡的影响。
Based on the status quo of water resources drainage and waste during the development and utilization of coal resources, we put forward the idea for ground water control, with the purpose of water resource utilization and protection in open -pit mining, the premise of slope stability and safe production, based on the formula of water proof coal-rock pillar in water-bearing or water-conducting fault, the influence of head pressure, thickness and uniaxial tensile strength of coal strata on water filling and gushing in goaf of open-pit are analyzed using hypothesis method and reverse verification method, with prevention and control executed from the perspective of retaining water proof coal-rock for water control. The research results show that, size of the coal-rock pillar is mainly affected by the head pressure thickness and uniaxial tensile strength of the rock strata. When the width of the barrier rock is set to a certain size, it can effectively prevent the burnt rock retaining water inrush to mining pit due to excessive pressure and further resulting in open-air mine water filling, which will threaten the safety of open- pit mine production. Reasonable size of coal- rock pillar can effectively control the influence of burnt rock retaining water on the slope of open-pit mining.
