摘要 为防止碱沟煤矿+495水平B3+6工作面回撤期间自然发火,在分析近直立特厚煤层分层开采工作面采空区自然发火因素的基础上,结合现场实际情况,提出了工作面回撤时期涉及人-物-环境-管理四要素的本质安全化措施和以控风堵漏、立体注氮、联合灌浆、多手段监测和多密闭施工为主的综合防灭火技术措施,有效保证了工作面的安全回撤。 In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in Jiangou Coal Mine + 495 level B3+6 face during working face retreatment, fire preventing and controlling methods were put forward according to the practical situation, based on the analysis of spontaneous combustion factors of near-vertical extra-thick seam slicing mining face. The methods comprises intrinsic safety measures that involves four essential safety factors of human- object- environment- management and comprehensive measures that refers to airflow control and leaking stoppage, stereoscopic pouring nitrogen, multilevel grouting, multi-channel monitoring and closeness execution. Through adopting the above measures safe working face retreatment was ensured.
