摘要
对卡尔费休库仑法测定熔结环氧粉末中水分含量实验方法进行了不确定度评定,分析了测定过程中带来不确定度分量的主要来源。对不确定度分量进行了计算评定,得出扩展不确定度为0.009%,水分含量测定结果可表示为:w(FBE)=0.198%±0.009%(k=2)。测定结果不确定度的主要来源是卡尔费休试剂标定产生的不确定度分量,其次是样品的重复性测定带来的不确定度分量,而天平的灵敏度则是标定卡尔费休试剂不确定度的主要来源。
The uncertainty of the determination of moisture content in fused epoxy powder was evaluated by Carle Fischer Coulomb method. The main sources of uncertainty components in the determination process were analyzed. The uncertainty components were calculated, and the expansion uncertainty is 0.009%. The result of moisture content can be expressed as w(FBE)=0.198%±0.009%(k= 2). The uncertainty of the moisture content is produced mainly by the calibration of the Carle Fischer reagent, secondly by the repeated determination, while the sensitivity of balance is the main source of the uncertainty of the calibration of Carle Fischer reagent.
