摘要
纽扣电池测试是一种快速评价电池材料电性能的方法,广泛应用于锂离子电池正极材料的研究开发中。纽扣电池制作工艺的水平直接关系着测试结果的可靠性。本文通过对纽扣电池制作工艺中极片制作环境、极片压实密度、铝箔面密度、电解液注液量四个影响因素进行研究,确定了最佳工艺条件,大大提升了测试结果的准确性。
Coin cell test is a quick method to evaluate the electrical properties of battery materials and is widely used in the research of lithium ion battery cathode materials. The level of the coin cell technology is directly related to the reliability of the test results. The environment of the making electrode, press-density of electrode, surface-density of aluminum foil, the amount of the electrolyte were studied, the optimum technological conditions were determined, and greatly improved the accuracy of the test results.
