基于LS-DYNA的导弹引信触地过载仿真分析

摘要 为了深入分析导弹引信触地过载环境,采用LS-DYNA软件对四种不同落速落角条件下的触地过载进行了仿真计算,得出了四种条件下的引信触地过载曲线,结合应力波和过载在弹体内的传递过程,总结出了以加速度传感器为基础的引信惯性触发发火控制系统设计的相关规律。这些规律对惯性敏感元件的布局、引信强度校核和发火控制逻辑设计具有参考价值。 In order to deeply analyze the touchdown overload environment of missile fuze, the touchdown overloads with four kinds of falling velocity and falling angle were simulated using LS-DYNA, then the touchdown overload curves of fuze under four different conditions were obtained. Refer to the propagation progress of stress wave and overload in missile bodies, the relevant rules of design of the fuze inertia trigger firing control system based on acceleration transducer were summarized. These rules had reference values for the layout of inertial sensors, fuze strength check and the logical design of ignition control.
