摘要
针对钻孔灌注桩施工产生的废弃泥浆,以水泥作为固化材料,在水泥掺入量不同的条件下将固化后的泥浆制成边长为100 mm的标准立方体试块进行无侧限抗压强度试验,对比分析了不同掺入比情况下水泥基固化废弃泥浆的强度发展变化情况。试验结果表明:水泥固化后的泥浆具有一定的强度,可做基础垫层使用,也可作为一种处理废弃泥浆的方法。
In view of fhe waste slurry produced by bored pile construction,take cement as curing material,under the condition of different cement content,a standard cube specimen with a side length of 100 mm is used to carry out unconfined compressive strength test. The strength development of cement stabilized waste slurry under different mixing ratio is analyzed and compared. The test results show that the cement solidified slurry has a certain strength and can be used as foundation cushion. The utility model can be used as a method for treating waste mud.
