摘要
目的评价丁香油与樟脑苯酚(CP)两种神经安抚剂联合metapex糊剂填充治疗急性根尖周炎的疗效。方法选择医院收治的单根管急性根尖周炎患者120例,随机分为3组:A组(单纯metapex糊剂填充根管组39例)、B组(丁香油+metapex糊剂填充根管41例)和C组(CP+metapex糊剂填充根管40例),所有患牙超声荡洗后行根管预备,随后各组采用相应糊剂填封,观察各组治疗后疼痛缓解及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后48 h,B组和C组疼痛缓解可接受率均高于A组(P<0.05);B组疼痛缓解可接受率虽高于C组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1 w内,B组无不良反应发生,A组不良反应率较C组高,3组间不良反应率比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗1 w后,B组和C组的总有效率均高于A组;C组总有效率虽高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论填充治疗急性根尖周炎,CP联合metapex糊剂总有效率最高,但丁香油联合metapex糊剂填充治疗的效果也很好,且安全性更高。综合考虑,临床宜首选丁香油联合Metapex糊剂填充治疗。
Objective To evaluate the effects of two kinds of nerve soothing agents, clove oil and Camphor Phenol （CP）, combined with metapex in the treatment of acute apical periodontitis. MeAocU A total of 120 patients with single root canal acute apical periodontitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups： group A （filling the root canal only with metapex cataplasm; n=39）, group B （filling the root canal with clove oil＋metapex cataplasm; n=41） and group C （filling the root canal with CP＋ metapex cataplasm; n=40）. All involved teeth received root canal preparation after ultrasonic irrigation, after which the involved teeth in the three groups were filled with corresponding cataplasm. The pain alleviation and incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were observed. R伪ults After 48 hours of treatment, the acceptable rate of pain alleviation in groups B and C was higher than that in group A（P 〈 0.05）; although the acceptable rate of pain alleviation in group B was higher than that in group C,there was no statistical difference （P〉 0.05）. Within one week of treatment, no adverse reaction occurred in group B; the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group C; the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. After one week of treatment, the overall response rate （ORR） in groups B and C was higher than that in group A; although the ORR in group C was higher than that in group B, the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion With regard to the treatment of acute apical periodontitis by filling, CP combined with metapex cataplasm has the highest ORR. However, clove oil combined with metapex cataplasm also has good effects and has higher safety. According to comprehensive consideration, clove oil combined with metapex cataplasm is clinically preferred.
