血清甲状腺激素水平检测对精神分裂症的诊断价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的经过对血清甲状腺激素水平的检测分析,探讨其在诊断精神分裂症方面的临床价值。方法选取2014年6月—2016年5月经该院检查确诊并入住的108例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究组,同时以同期的108名体检健康者作对照组,检测两组人员的5项血清甲状腺激素指标(血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、血清三碘甲状原氨酸(TT3)和血清游离三碘甲状原氨酸(FT3))的水平进行比较,并观察研究组在接受治疗前及经过治疗后各项指标水平的变化。结果接受治疗前研究组及对照组的血清水平TSH分别为(2.36±1.07)、(2.67±1.04)μIU/m L、FT4(15.18±2.87)、(15.72±2.72)pmol/L、FT3(6.37±1.82)、(6.24±1.78)pmol/L在接受治疗前精神分裂症患者与体检健康者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的TT3指标水平在治疗前为(1.29±0.38)nmol/L,治疗后上升到(1.88±0.52)nmol/L,TT4指标水平在治疗前为(98.21±19.82)nmol/L,治疗后为(110.85±20.71)nmol/L,治疗后二者分泌水平均有所提高,前后对比改变明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清甲状腺激素(主要影响因素为TT3及TT4)的指标水平密切关系着患有精神分裂症人群的发病情况;但伴随着患者病情的逐渐好转,患者体内的甲状腺激素水平也可恢复,并渐趋正常,可考虑将TT3、TT4纳入到判断精神分裂症疾病是否有转归现象的一项重要指标。 Objective To study the cl inical diagnosis value of Schizophrenia by the testing and analysis of serum thy-roid hormone level test. Methods 108 cases of patients with firs t-ep isod e schizophrenia confirmed in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research group, and 108 cases of healthy physical examination persons at the same time were selected as the control group, and the five serum thyroid hormone levels including total serum thy-roxine (TT4), serum thyrotropin (TSH), serum free thyroxine (FT4), serum triiodothyronine (TT3) and serum free tri-iodothyronine (FT3) levels were compared between the two groups, and the changes of various indexes level before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The serum leve l TSH, FT4, FT3 in the research group and in the control group was respectively (2.36±1.07)、( 2 .6 7± 1 .0 4 )滋 IU/mL, F T 4 (1 5 .1 8 ± 2 .8 7 )、( 15.72±2.72)pmol/L, FT3(6.37± 1.82)、 (6.2 4±1 .7 8)pmo l/L before treatment, and the differences were not obvious without statistical significance (P〉 0.05), and the TT3 index level in the research group increased from (1.29±0.38)nmol /L to (1.88±0.52)nmol /L, and the TT4 index level increased from (98.21±19.82)nmol /L to (110.85±20.71)nmol /L, and the differences were obvious with statistical signif icance(P〈0.05) . Conclusion The serum thyroid hormone (main influence factors are TT3 and TT4) in -dex level is closely correlated with the attack of schizophrenia group, but with the gradual improvement of diseases con-dition, the thyroid hormone level of patients can be restored and return to normal, and the TT3 and TT4 can be used as an important index of determining whether the schizophrenia has the outcome or not.
