高效液相色谱法同时测定龙胆泻肝片中龙胆苦苷、栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立同时测定龙胆泻肝片中龙胆苦苷、栀子苷和黄芩苷的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为254 nm,进样量10μL。结果龙胆苦苷、栀子苷和黄芩苷进样浓度分别在14.19~141.90μg/mL、11.46~114.60μg/mL、26.45~264.50μg/mL范围内峰面积积分值线性关系良好,各成分加样回收率分别为99.39%,99.00%,99.33%(RSD=2.03%,1.70%,1.27%,n=6)。结论该方法简单,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于龙胆泻肝片的质量控制。 Objective To establish the method of simultaneous determination of high performance liquid chromatogra-phy for the contents of gentipicrin, jasminoidin and scutellaria root glucoside. Methods Chromatographic column was Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18 (250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μ m ) , mobile phase was Methanol - 0.1% , phosphoric acid solu-tions (gradient elute), velocity was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature 30益, the test wavelength was 254 nm and the sam-ple size was 10 μ L. Results The liner correlation of peak area integral value of the sample concentration of gentipicrin, jasminoidin and scutellaria root glucoside was good in the 14.19- 1 41 .9 0 μ g/mL, 11.46 - 1 14 .6 0 μ g/mL and 2 6.45 - 264.50 μ g/mL, and recycle rate of various components was respectively 9 9.39%, 99.00%, 99.33%(RSD=2.03%,1.70%, 1.27%,n=6). Conclusion The method is simple with good repeatability, and the result is accurate and reliable, which can be used in the quality control of longdan xiegan tablets.
