摘要
目的探讨VSD治疗应用于骨科创伤及感染创面的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2015年12月—2016年12月骨科创伤及感染创面患者90例,采用计算机随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,观察组与对照组在正式进行治疗前均给予了常规清创手术,然后在此基础上对对照组患者给予常规治疗,对观察组给予VSD治疗。观察并比较观察组与对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率,同时观察比较两组患者的创伤面、感染面时间,并简单对比两组患者的疼痛持续时间、换药次数和住院时间。结果观察组患者经VSD治疗后的总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组(77.78%),且创伤面和感染面的1周、2周、3周和>3周的愈合率均优对照组,相应的疼痛持续时间、换药次数、住院时间也同样明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科创伤及感染创面患者给予VSD治疗,不但能够有效提高治疗总有效率,还能够有效缩短患者创伤愈合和创面愈合及住院时间。
Objective To d iscu s s th e c l in ic a l cu ra tive effect of VSD tre a tm en t of o r th o pedic wound an d in fe ct ion wound surface. Methods 9 0 c a se s of p a t ien ts with orth o pedic wound and in fe ct ion wound surfac e in our h ospi tal from Decem-ber 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine debr idement surgery, and then the control group adopted the routine treatment , and the observation group adopted the VSD treatment , and the total cl inical treatment effective rate of the two groups was observed and compared, at the same time, the wound surface, infect ion surface of the two groups were observed and the pain dura-tion, dres s ing change frequency and length of stay were compared. Results After th e VSD tre a tm en t, th e to ta l effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(97.78% vs 77.78%), and the cure rate of wound surface and infect ion surface in 1 week, 2 week and 3 week and 〉 3 week was bet ter than that in the control group, and the corresponding pain duration, dres sing change frequency and length of stay were also obviously bet ter than those in the control group with s tat is t ical signif icance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The VSD tre a tm en t of p a t ien ts with orthopedic wound and infect ion wound surface can not only effectively improve the total treatment effective rate, but al -so effectively shorten the wound heal ing and wound surface heal ing time and length of stay.
