摘要
目的探讨自制便携式负压吸引装置在老年压疮患者中的临床应用的效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月吉林省人民医院收治的老年压疮患者44例,随机将其观察组和对照组,每组22例。观察组应用自制便携式负压吸引装置进行持续吸引,对照组给予武汉VSD(持续负压吸引)。观察两组的临床总有效率、愈合时间、换药费用、疼痛评分、创面细菌数量及满意度、住院费情况。结果观察组的临床总有效率为81.8%,对照组的临床总有效率为81.8%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组愈合时间(21.5±1.50)d、平均住院日(34.67±1.30)d、创面细菌数(4.67±0.33)×107cfu/g,对照组愈合时间(22.1±1.40)d、平均住院日(34.61±1.20)d、创面细菌数(4.61±0.32)×107cfu/g,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而住院期间观察组的换药费用(0.481±0.43)万元远远低于了对照组的(1.77±0.23)万元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为95.5%,明显优于对照组的86.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制便携式负压吸引装置治疗老年压疮患者中的临床疗效明显,在保证临床治愈率的同时降低了治疗费用,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To study the effect of self-made portable vacuum suction device in senile patients with pressure cores. Methods 44 cases of senile patients with pressure cores in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 22 cases in each, the observation group and the control group applied the self-made portable vacuum suction device and Wuhan VSD, and the total clinical effective rate, healing time,dressing change cost, pain score, wound bacterial number, satisfactory degree and hospitalization situation of the two groups were observed. Results The difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant（81.8% vs 81.8%）（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the healing time, average length of stay, wound bacterial number between the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant,[（21.5±1.50）d,（34.67±1.30）d,（4.67±0.33）×107cfu/g vs（22.1±1.40）d,（34.61±1.20）d,（4.61±0.32）×107cfu/g], and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the dressing change cost in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group [（4.81±4.30） thousand yuan vs（17.7±2.30） thousand yuan], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（95.5% vs 86.4%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of self-made portable vacuum suction device in senile patients with pressure cores is obvious, which can ensure the clinical healing rate and reduce the treatment cost, and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
