摘要
基于腐蚀电化学理论,以油井管材料为研究对象,在CS电化学工作站实验装置上,利用电化学方法,测试不同温度、不同Cl-浓度环境对油井管材料的电化学腐蚀。结果表明,Cl^-在较低浓度下促进了腐蚀,但在高浓度下抑制腐蚀,在浓度为3.5%的NaCl溶液中,腐蚀效果最明显。P110钢在同一种氯离子浓度下,随着温度的增加腐蚀速率也逐渐增大,可见温度促进P110钢的腐蚀,温度越高腐蚀速率越快。
Based on the electrochemical theory of corrosion, the electrochemical corrosion of oil well pipe material was studied by electrochemical method at different temperature and different concentrations of Cl- environment on the CS electrochemical workstation experimental device. The results showed that the corrosion was promoted at low chloride concentration, but the corrosion was inhibited at high chloride concentration. The corrosion effect was the most obvious in NaCl solution with concentration of 3.5%. P110 steel was the same. With the chloride ion concentration increased, the corrosion rate was also increased, showed temperature was promoted the corrosion of P110 steel, the higher the temperature, the faster the corrosion rate.
