尿沉渣细菌定量分析对尿路感染的诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨尿沉渣细菌定量分析对尿路感染的诊断价值。方法选择2015年2月~2016年10月期间在本院治疗的200例尿路感染患者作为研究对象,根据检测方法的不同进行分组,观察组与对照组各100例。对照组进行尿液细菌培养法检测,观察组采用尿沉渣细菌定量检测,比较两种检测方法的临床应用价值。结果尿液细菌培养共检出92例阳性患者,阳性率为92.00%,尿沉渣细菌定量共检出96例阳性患者,阳性率为96.00%,两组阳性检出率相比无统计学意义;阳性检出标本中以大肠埃希菌检出率最高,另外还包括链球菌、变形杆菌、真菌、葡萄球菌等菌群。结论两种诊断方法在尿路感染性疾病诊断中均具有较高的诊断的价值,但与尿液细菌培养法相比,尿沉渣细菌定量分析检查更快速,操作更简单,应用价值更高,是一种快速、有效的诊断方法,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the value of analysis of urinary sediment bacterial quantity to the diagnosis of urinary tract infection(UTI). Methods 200 UTI patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group by detection methods, 100 cases in each. Control group was detected by urinary bacterial culture, observation group was detected by urinary sediment bacterial quantity. The clinical application value of two detection methods were compared. Results There were92 cases of positive patients in urinary bacterial culture and the positive rate was 92.00%, there were 96 cases of positive patients in urinary sediment bacterial quantity and the positive rate was 96.00%, there was no statistical difference in the positive detection rate between two groups; The detection rate of escherichia col was the highest in the positive samples, including streptococcus, proteus, fungus, staphylococcus. Conclusion Two detection methods have higher value in the diagnosis of UTI diseases. Compared with urinary bacterial culture method, urinary sediment bacterial quantity analysis has quicker examination, easier operation and higher application value, which is a quick and effective diagnostic method and worthy of clinical application.
