A Study on the Dragon Boat Festival of the Middle Reaches of Yangtze River in the Qing Dynasty

摘要 端午节始于春秋战国时期,是华夏民族独特的文化符号。长江中游的"大小末端午"、"龙舟竞渡"、"送瘟神"和"浴百草汤"等风俗的产生与发展均与当地的文化息息相关。对清代方志进行甄别、梳理,从空间角度分析湖北、湖南、江西各地端午习俗的独特性,"急脚子"是古老傩文化在民间的遗存;"枭羹"旨在鼓励孝道,祈求安康;"演剧"增加了娱乐元素,冲淡了祭祀的庄穆氛围。此外,推测湖北地区"悬天师像"的现象与湖北地区道教信仰有关。 The Dragon Boat Festival, originated from the period of Spring and Autumn, and Warring States, is the u- nique cultural symbol of the Chinese nation. The evolution of folk customs, such as "three Dragon Boat Festivals", "drag- on boat races", "farewell the god of plague" and "bathing", are closely related to the culture of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The unique characteristics of Dragon Boat Festival customs in Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi are analyzed by screening and combing the local chronicles in the Qing Dynasty. "Urgent Feet" is the remains of ancient exorcise culture in the folk society. "Owl Soup" is designed to encourage the culture of filial piety and pray for well-being. The "drama per formance" has added the entertainment elements and diluted the solemn atmosphere of worship. In addition, it is inferred that the phenomenon of "hanging the portrait of Zhang Daoling" is related to the Taoism faith in Hubei area.
