摘要
利用氯化锌水溶液在中、高纤维浓度的条件下处理漂白竹纤维化学浆成纸,以求制备高强度纸张,同时利用红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射分析仪和扫描电子显微镜表征处理前后纸张纤维微观性能的变化情况。结果表明,氯化锌质量分数65%、处理温度65℃、处理时间8min、洗涤时间10min的处理条件可满足上述要求。与原纸相比,经塑化后的纸张干抗张指数提高55%,干耐破强度指数提高132%,湿抗张强度指数提高190%,湿耐破强度指数提高456%,处理后成纸表面形态变化明显,其它微观性能无明显变化。
In this work, the paper made from bleached bamboo chemical pulp was treated in ZnC12 aqueous solution to prepare high strength paper. Then the micro - properties of the untreated and treated paper were analyzed by FT -IR, XRD, TGA and SEM. The optimal conditions were ZnCl2mass ratio of 65%, soaking time of 5s, treating temperature of 65℃, treating time of 8min, and washing time of 10min. Compared with those of body paper, the dry tensile index of the treated paper could be increased by 55%, the dry burst index was increased by 132%, the wet tensile index could be increased by 190%, and the wet burst index was increased by 456%. According to the analysis of micro - properties, there was no obvious variation on the spectrum of FT - IR and XRD, however, the variation on the paper surface morphology was much more significant.
