听觉统合训练对孤独症患儿康复的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨听觉统合训练对孤独症患儿的康复效果的影响。方法选择我院2012年1月-2017年1月收治的64例孤独症患儿,按照数字随机法分为研究组和对照组各32例,对照组患儿进行常规康复训练,研究组患儿在常规康复训练下给予听觉统合训练,治疗后不同时期观察患儿的临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,两组患儿语言交流障碍均显著改善,其中研究组患儿不理解指令,词汇量少、词语混用和语言障碍症状轻微的患儿比例显著少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组患儿各项行为特征症状均显著改善(P<0.05),但两组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组患儿自闭症行为量表(autism behavior scale,ABC)评分显著低于对照组,IQ评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论听觉统合训练配合传统治疗方案可有效改善孤独症患儿的语言焦虑障碍和部分行为特征,患儿智力发育和症状明显得到改善,可推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of auditory integrated training on the rehabilitation of children with autism. Methods Sixty-four children with autism from January 2012 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. All the children were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method, namely, 32 cases in the study group and the control group respectively. The children in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training. The children in the study group were given auditory general training and the clinical curative effect was observed at different times after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the language capabilities of children in both groups were significantly improved, and the proportion of children with symptoms (do not understand the instructions, less vocabulary, word mix and language disorder) in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the behavioral symptoms of children in the both groups were significantly improved(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P 〉 0.05). The score of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC) in study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the IQ score in study group was significantly higher than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Auditory integrated training combined with traditional treatment can effectively improve the language anxiety disorder and some behavioral characteristics of children's autism, children with mental development and symptoms were improved, it can be used widely.
