摘要
苏州地区某工程施工工作面不足、止水要求高、地质条件差,经综合考虑,决定采用CSM(双轮铣深搅)水泥土搅拌墙作为基坑的止水帷幕。结合施工实践,从双轮铣深搅工艺概况、施工方法、质量控制、工艺优势等方面对CSM技术作了详细的介绍,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
The construction working area of a certain project in Suzhou is insufficient, the geological condition is poor and the water stop requirement is high. After comprehensive consideration, we decided to use CSM （deep mixing with double-wheel milling） cement-soil mixing wall as the foundation pit waterproof curtain. Combined with the construction practice, CSM technology has been introduced in details from the aspects of deep mixing with double- wheel milling technology overview, construction method, quality control, technological superiority and so on, so as to provide references for similar projects.
