中碳管线钢的研制开发

摘要 根据客户技术协议采购特点,对管线钢管件用钢采用合理的成分设计、优化轧制工艺,成功开发了中碳厚壁管线钢。并对钢板进行了相关的理化性能检验,得到了以铁素体珠光体为主的均匀组织,具有适当的强度与韧性,满足了客户的要求。 According to characteristics in the technical agreement, the medium carbon thick walled pipeline steel has been successfully developed based on reasonable composition design and the optimization of rolling process. The micro- structure of pipeline steel is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite with uniform strength and toughness after physical and chemical property testing, which meets the customer needs.
