摘要
在英语教学改如火如荼地进行着的今天,英语教师教学质量的好坏与水平的高低直接决定着改革效果。本文通过分析当前我国英语教师职业发展存在困境,总结出供英语教师职业发展借鉴的有效路径,进而促进英语教师在将来的职业生涯中进一步发展。
Today,the English teaching reform is in full swing.English teachers＇ teaching quality and level directly decides the reform effect.By analyzing the current difficulties in English teachers＇ professional development in China,this paper summed up the effective path to provide reference for the English teachers＇ professional development,and promote the English teacher have a good career development in the future.
